Step inside a world class studio and experience music from the inside out. Our sessions with Andy Barlow offer two distinct but complementary paths: a fully immersive creative day, and a practical deep dive into modern production.

In our creative sessions, you’ll collaborate in an intimate group to write and record an original track from scratch, watching it take shape in real time under Andy’s guidance — from first idea to finished production.

Alongside this, we offer more technical sessions which focus on the craft behind the process: building a workflow that keeps you moving, structuring tracks with clarity, and developing a mixing approach that brings depth, balance, and a true sense of completion to your music.

Whether you’re here to create, refine your process, or both, these sessions are designed to demystify how great records actually come together — and give you tools you can carry straight into your own work.

Collaborate with a group, in an intimate studio setting to write and record an original track from scratch, guided by Andy Barlow as he produces it in real time from first idea to finished piece.

Stay a little longer and let it all land.
After your studio session, settle into The Lookout Retreat — a calm, elevated space designed to help you unwind, reflect, and reconnect. Surrounded by nature, it’s the perfect shift from creative output to deep rest.
You will have your own room or space (there are rooms in the house, cabins and bell tents).
From session to stay — this is the full reset.
Fireside Jam - included with the accommodation

As the evening winds down, we’ll gather around the fire for an intimate fireside jam at The Lookout Retreat.
A space to play, share, and connect even deeper— whether you’re picking up an instrument, finding your voice, or simply soaking it all in following an amazing experience in the studio. No pressure, no performance — just raw, stripped-back moments and good energy under the open sky.
This is where the magic happens — unplanned, unfiltered, and unforgettable.
Dinner - additional £35

Following the studio session, there is the option to gather with the group for a nourishing, delicious dinner. A great way to connect deeper with likeminded people and really integrate the experience.
