Yes, after booking, we will send you an email detailing what is provided and a list of suggested items to bring, along with some optional “nice-to-haves.”

What is your cancellation process?

Once your booking is confirmed, if you need to cancel your booking you can do so by giving a minimum of more than 30 days’ notice period, at which time a £100 admin fee is applied per guest. Cancellations or alteration to booking dates that fail to give a 30-day notice will result in forfeiting monies paid.  However, we can accept someone else to take your place. We aim to accommodate dietary preferences and restrictions. Please let us know in advance so we can make necessary arrangements.

What should I expect from the bodywork practices?

Our bodywork practices, such as yoga, breathwork, and rhythmic movement, are suitable for all experience levels. You’ll be guided through techniques to connect with your body, calm your mind, and access a flow state. If you have specific concerns or health conditions, feel free to reach out beforehand.

Do I need to have experience in yoga or breath work?

Not at all. Yoga and breathwork sessions are open to everyone, regardless of experience. All you need is an open mind and a willingness to try.

Do I need to have any experience with music production, songwriting or instruments?

While many of our retreats are designed to welcome everyone including some music retreats, there are some specific programs delve deeper into music production and require participants to have prior experience. These in-depth retreats cater to those looking to refine their craft and take their skills to the next level. Where experience is required, we will inform on the retreat description.

Do I need prior experience with production software for the music retreats?

No, prior experience with a DAW (Digital Audio Workstation) is not required. These retreats are open to participants of all skill levels, from beginners to advanced producers.

Should I bring a laptop and sound card?

Yes, bringing your laptop and sound card is encouraged. This will allow you to work on your own setup, though it’s not mandatory for participation.

What software will Andy be using ?

Andy will primarily use Ableton Live during the retreat. However, the principles and techniques he teaches are applicable to other DAWs as well. He will also incorporate plugins from Native Instruments, Melodyne, Spectrasonics, Soundtoys, and Universal Audio.

Do I have to be fluent on ableton to participate?

No, proficiency in Ableton Live is not essential. As part of the retreat, Andy will focus on using stems (individual song elements) to demonstrate concepts. These stems can be exported from any DAW, making the sessions accessible to everyone. Andy will also offer insights into utilizing and sharing stems for collaborative projects.
