Terms & Conditions This booking is made between “In Flow Retreats” (“us” “our” “we”) and the customer (“you” “your”) on the following terms and conditions:

1. Bookings:

Full payment is required to secure your booking. Payment terms are outlined on our website. For cancellation policies, see Section 5.

2. Sessions & Masterclass Packages:

• Residential session fees include five nights’ accommodation, full catering (breakfast, lunch, and dinner), and necessary equipment.

• Day masterclass fees include a one-day studio session with snacks. Alcoholic beverages are not included but are available for purchase at a reduced rate.

3. Registration:

• Residential retreat participants must arrive between 2 PM and 5 PM on the first evening for dinner, playback, and orientation.

• Masterclass attendees should arrive at least 20 minutes before the session begins.

4. Travel:

• Free parking is available on-site, including spaces for disabled guests.

• Participants are responsible for their own travel to and from The Lookout Retreat and Studio, located at 66 The Lookout, Peacehaven, BN10 8AA.

5. Cancellations:

• Cancellations are accepted up to six weeks before the event with a 25% cancellation fee.

• Cancellations after this period will incur a 50% fee.

6. Program Changes:

We reserve the right to make adjustments to the program and will notify participants as soon as possible.

7. Conduct:

Participants must show respect and tolerance for others during collaborative events. Disruptive or abusive behavior will result in exclusion without a refund.

8. Age Requirement:

Participants must be 18 or older. Those under 18 must be accompanied by a guardian.

9. Limitation of Liability:

• Our liability is limited to losses arising directly from the negligence of our employees, subcontractors, or agents.

• We are not liable for indirect losses, including loss of income, profits, or data.

• These terms do not limit liability for death, personal injury, or fraudulent misrepresentation caused by negligence.

10. Participation and Access:

Participants must be capable of living independently and are expected to engage in daily activities, including group writing/production sessions and evening discussions.

11. Data Protection:

Personal data will only be collected and processed in accordance with the Data Protection Act. We will not share your data without consent.

12. Digital Assets and Ownership:

• All master sessions are the property of “In Flow Retreats.”

• Contributing artists can access their master session recordings without additional fees.

• Digital content captured during the retreat may be used for promotional purposes.

13. No Waiver:

Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of that or any other provision in the terms.

14. Severance:

If any part of these terms is deemed invalid, the remaining terms will remain enforceable.

15. Governing Law:

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in England and Wales.
