This is an example schedule of how a day might look. The flow state cares little for schedules, so instead the days are more likely to organically dictate their own path and rhythm.
7:00 AM – Morning Yoga Practice
• Start the day with a 90-minute Vinyasa or Hatha yoga session designed to awaken the body and energize the spirit. The flow state is not found in the head—this practice will ground the group in their bodies, where the true magic of creativity happens.
8:30 AM – Breakfast
• Enjoy a healthy, nourishing meal featuring fresh fruits, smoothies, granola, and locally sourced delicacies to fuel your inspiration for the day ahead.
10:00 AM – Songwriting with Andy
• Head into the studio and start with a blank canvas. Guided by Andy, the group will ride the energy and excitement of collective creativity, letting the dynamic of the moment inspire the creation of a track together.
1:00 PM – Lunch
• Savor a wholesome meal prepared with fresh, and mainly organic ingredients to recharge for the afternoon session.
2:30 PM – Afternoon Activity
• Take a break and connect with nature or your senses. Options include a group nature hike, an invigorating ice immersion, or a meditative barefoot walk around the South Downs National Park.
4:00 PM – Back in the Studio with Andy
• Revisit the morning’s progress and see where the flow has taken the group. Will the session shift toward writing top-line ideas, developing lyrics, or arranging the track? Or has a structure emerged, ready for fine-tuning? The creative process evolves naturally.
7:00 PM – Dinner
• Share a delicious and satisfying dinner with the group, often featuring locally inspired dishes that nourish both body and spirit.
8:30 PM – Evening Gathering
• End the day with a relaxed and inspiring group activity. Options include a harmony session in the hot tub, playing back participants’ tracks in the state-of-the-art Genelec-equipped control room, or a casual jam session around the fire, celebrating the day’s creations.

Meet your hosts
On this retreat, you’ll experience the unique offerings of our founder and all round musical magician Andy Barlow and our talented friend and “Swiss army knife of wellbeing practices” Isaac Mullins.
Andy Barlow
Andy Barlow is a renowned artist and producer, best known as one half of the iconic electronic duo LAMB. With a career spanning over three decades, Andy has worked with legendary artists including U2, David Gray, FKA twigs, Snow Patrol, and Damien Rice. His groundbreaking production credits include several tracks on U2’s Songs of Experience, and he joined their global tour as a creative live contributor. His compositions have featured in Moulin Rouge!, Six Feet Under, and Sense8, as well as commercials for Guinness, Audi and Tomb Raider.
A self-taught prodigy, Andy discovered his talent for music production as a teenager, mastering studio equipment and crafting his first release at 18. He co-founded LAMB at 19, signing a five-album deal and touring over 60 countries. LAMB’s innovative blend of electronic and organic sounds established them as genre-defying pioneers.
Recently, Andy has focused on combining his passion for music and wellness. Operating from his state-of-the-art studio near Brighton, and his beachside studio in Mandrem Goa, he collaborates with artists while developing immersive music and wellness retreats. These experiences fuse creativity and well-being, reflecting his commitment to inspiring personal and artistic transformation.
