Simply bring your booking confirmation (printed or digital) when you arrive, and you’re all set. Plan to arrive on Sunday from 1PM. We’ll begin with an introduction circle and orientation at 6 PM, followed by a delicious dinner at 7 PM.

One-Day Music & Bodywork Retreat Schedule (1 PM – 7 PM)
1:00 PM – Welcome & Grounding Session
• Begin with a brief group introduction and grounding exercise to set intentions for the day. A short breathwork session will help participants transition into their bodies and prepare for a creative flow.
2:00PM – Group Songwriting Workshop
• Gather in the studio with Andy to begin crafting a song together. Start with a blank canvas and explore melody, rhythm, and harmony as a group, letting the collective energy drive the process.
3.30 Breathwork & Ice Immersion
• Shift gears with a breathwork session, preparing for the invigorating experience of ice immersion. This activity helps you tap into resilience and focus, enhancing your sense of presence and flo
5.00 – Studio Session: Developing the Track
• Return to the studio to expand on the group’s song. Dive deeper into lyrics, top-line ideas, and arrangement, guided by Andy’s expertise. This session encourages collaboration and experimentation, allowing the track to take shape.
6:15 PM – Playback & Integration
• Gather in the studio’s control room to listen to the day’s progress. Celebrate the group’s creation and reflect on the journey with a short discussion about insights and takeaways.
6:45 PM – Closing Circle
• Wrap up the retreat with a gratitude circle, sharing reflections and intentions to carry forward. Leave with a deeper sense of connection to your body, creativity, and the group.

Meet your hosts
On this retreat, you’ll experience the unique offerings of our founder and all round musical magician Andy Barlow and our talented friend and “Swiss army knife of wellbeing practices” Isaac Mullins.
Andy Barlow
Andy Barlow is a renowned artist and producer, best known as one half of the iconic electronic duo LAMB. With a career spanning over three decades, Andy has worked with legendary artists including U2, David Gray, FKA twigs, Snow Patrol, and Damien Rice. His groundbreaking production credits include several tracks on U2’s Songs of Experience, and he joined their global tour as a creative live contributor. His compositions have featured in Moulin Rouge!, Six Feet Under, and Sense8, as well as commercials for Guinness, Audi and Tomb Raider.
A self-taught prodigy, Andy discovered his talent for music production as a teenager, mastering studio equipment and crafting his first release at 18. He co-founded LAMB at 19, signing a five-album deal and touring over 60 countries. LAMB’s innovative blend of electronic and organic sounds established them as genre-defying pioneers.
Recently, Andy has focused on combining his passion for music and wellness. Operating from his state-of-the-art studio near Brighton, and his beachside studio in Mandrem Goa, he collaborates with artists while developing immersive music and wellness retreats. These experiences fuse creativity and well-being, reflecting his commitment to inspiring personal and artistic transformation.
Isaac Mullins
Isaac Mullins is a former professional dancer with the Royal Ballet and an expert in Hatha Yoga, the Wim Hof Method and Buteyko breathing, with over 25 years of teaching experience. He is dedicated to guiding people into a deeper relationship with their bodies as a methodology to access the flow state and unobstructed creativity.
In addition to his work in movement and breath, Isaac is a passionate guitarist and singer-songwriter, weaving his love for music into his holistic approach to self-expression and well-being. His creative practices reflect his belief that aligning the body, breath, and mind creates the ideal foundation for both artistic and personal transformation.
With a first-class degree in Sanskrit and philosophy from SOAS University, Isaac integrates ancient wisdom with modern techniques to support balance, stability, and nervous system regulation.
Since 2001, he has taught yoga and breathing practices informed by his studies of Ashtanga, Sivananda, Iyengar, and traditional Hatha styles, alongside training in meditation and creative exploration. Isaac’s teachings empower individuals—from those recovering from challenges to high-performing professionals—to unlock their full potential and connect with their innate creativity.
